Resident Online Portal

Dear Resident, 

This letter is to inform you of an exciting change coming your way! 

MGC Leasing & Property Management, LLC is excited to announce that we will be upgrading our property management software to AppFolio on October 1st, 2022. We have spent several months researching our options and are delighted with all the benefits AppFolio offers MGC and our residents. We realize that change is sometimes inconvenient and uncomfortable, but we are confident that the changes will bring some welcomed results. 

Some of our favorite features from our current system will still be offered by AppFolio including online rent payments, viewing your lease, and placing maintenance requests. The new system has enhanced resident portal experiences and an improved communication and maintenance platform that allows you to receive updates on maintenance requests.  

You will be receiving an invitation from us within the next 10 days to set up your new AppFolio Resident Portal via text or email. Click on the link in the message and follow the steps to set up your password. Once you log in, you can set up your payment information. Please note that you will need to enter your payment information and payment schedules into the new system. Account numbers and scheduled payments will NOT transfer from the current system and, given the sensitivity of account information, we will not be able to enter this information for you. 

What does this mean for your next payment? Any scheduled transaction that is scheduled through September 30th will process as scheduled. If your payment is scheduled for October 1st or later, you will need to set up your October payment through the new software.

We hope for a very smooth transition and ask for patience and understanding as we work through any issues that do arise.
