Rental Qualifications

Our reasonable rental standards are applied uniformly and equally to all applicants with the following information taken into consideration: 

• Credit History
• Rental or Mortgage History
• Income
• Employment
• Criminal History

Additional deposits will be required if your application is approved with conditions. Applications are approved with conditions for reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient credit or rental history, or for bankruptcy. 

Guarantors/co-signers may be accepted if an applicant is approved with conditions.

Guarantor/co-signer requirements:

• Gross monthly income must be five times the monthly rental rate. 
• Must reside in the state of Missouri or Kansas
