Rental Qualifications

For All properties outside of Kansas City, MO City Limits Only

Our reasonable rental standards are applied uniformly and equally to all applicants with the following information taken into consideration:

Credit History
Rental or Mortgage History
Income
Employment
Criminal History

Additional security deposit may be required for reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient credit or rental history or for bankruptcy.

Guarantors/Co-Signers

Guarantors/co-signers may be accepted for lack of credit or rental history, but not for both. Guarantors/co-signers will NOT be accepted for bad credit or insufficient income.

Guarantor/co-signer requirements:

Gross monthly income must be five times the monthly rental rate.
Must reside in the state of Missouri or Kansas
