What is your application fee?

A $65 application fee per person must be paid before processing the application.
This is a non-refundable fee.

Do you require rental insurance?

Yes.
You may purchase your own rental insurance coverage for your lease term. Proof of coverage for the term of your lease is required to be submitted.
MGC Leasing & Property Management, LLC does partner with an LLIP. This cost can be added to your monthly ledger for coverage.
For any reason coverage is canceled or terminated, you will be automatically enrolled into our LLIP program and the cost would be added to your ledger.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are not permitted on all rentals.
Check the listing for pet policies and restrictions.
Breed and weight restrictions may apply.
Pet Fee and Pet Rent vary between rentals.
Pets under one-year-old are not accepted.
All pets must be pet screened during the application process.
